“So when we come in in the morning, what we basically do, we walk up to dispatch, we get our loads and we find our trailer. Then we go out there and do our route,” said Mario. “For the most part, it’s a really, really comfortable place to work for.”

“My favorite part about what I do here is being out on the road and knowing that I have secure work and there’s a place here that I could come with no pressure,” he said. “I build relationships with a lot of the drivers and, as I’m a trainer, I start building relationships with my trainees, and down the line, we just end up becoming friends.”

“So I have five kids and it’s very important for me to see my kids on a daily basis,” he said. “I have a couple athletes in the family, so I’m able to go to their games by me being a local driver.”
