Do J.B. Hunt Truck Drivers Get a 401(k)?
All J.B. Hunt employees, including drivers, can invest in their future by contributing to either a pre-tax or Roth 401(k) account.
After one year of employment with at least 1,000 hours worked, J.B. Hunt will match your 401(k) contributions up to three percent of your pay. We are serious about investing in our future, and this is one of the many ways we work to show our employees and our drivers how much they mean to us.

Drivers qualify for medical, dental and vision coverage on day 31 of eligible, full-time employment. Employee premium contributions are based on the benefit plan and level of coverage elected. Benefits require an employee contribution. Premium discounts are available for reduction of self-insured medical premiums of up to $1,040 a year for single coverage.
