Tori is a regional DCS driver, and she says being able to build a strong rapport with the customers she delivers to makes her job easier.
“It is nice being on dedicated because I get to know my customers more, so it's more of a friendly interaction when I get there and I know them already,” she said. “I know where I'm going. I know where I can park afterwards. I can plan my whole day.”

I felt like I made the right decision to come here,” she said. “Everyone in the office knows me by my name, not just by my driver number ... they recognize other important stuff in your life. They send me birthday cards, they send my child a gift for his birthday, and I feel that's pretty nice.”
