COVID-19 Testing Available for Arkansas CDL Drivers

30 locations across the state are ready for testing.

The COVID-19 health crisis has changed almost every aspect of our lives, including how we work. While some jobs have been able to transition to remote work, truck drivers have continued to deliver.

Because truck drivers are essential workers and part of their job requires them to interact with the public, the Arkansas Trucking Association has worked with the Department of Health to identify 30 community health clinics across the state where Arkansas commercial drivers can receive a COVID-19 test.

Testing Details

Clinics offering the test operate Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and there is no out-of-pocket expense for the test. Appointments are not required but are recommended. See clinic locations and hours here.

When arriving at the clinic, please remember the following:

  • Bring your Arkansas CDL and insurance card
  • Plan to wear a face covering while visiting the clinic
  • Result times vary but average 2-3 business days

From all of us at J.B. Hunt, we want to thank you, drivers. Without your continued hard work and dedication, necessary goods and supplies would not be available today.

Every mile. Every day. You deliver.
