Straight Truck Jobs

Offering both Class A and non-CDL driving jobs, these drivers enjoy paid on-the-job training and experience driving in our Final Mile Services® business unit.

What is a straight truck driving job?

A straight truck driving job consists of a non-CDL driver operating a straight truck and using technical skills to deliver and install appliances, furniture, mattresses, fitness equipment and other products in customers’ homes, businesses and builder sites throughout the country. No experience or CDL is required.

Final Mile Services

Our Final Mile Services jobs are all about direct customer engagement and residential delivery. Begin at a local terminal to receive your assignments, then deliver and install appliances, furniture, gym equipment or other items directly to homes and businesses.

This hands-on position blends straight truck driving with technical installation and superior customer service. Drivers typically enjoy a traditional work schedule during normal business hours with weekends off and deliver excellence to customers daily.

Paid On-the-Job Training

We offer paid, hands-on training to help ensure every driver is prepared to deliver and install products safely. During training, drivers work alongside an experienced trainer, gaining practical skills and confidence on the job. 


You’ll learn how to properly unload trailers, handle and carry items, unbox products and assemble and install appliances or equipment at customer locations. This approach gives drivers the tools and knowledge needed to succeed while providing exceptional service.
