At J.B. Hunt, we always think our drivers are all-stars, but this year we are excited to announce 16 drivers who are competing in the Arkansas Truck Driving Championship! The Arkansas Truck Driving Championship is a safety competition among some of the best professional truck drivers in the industry, with winners moving on to compete in the National Truck Driving Championship later this year.
How do drivers qualify for the National Truck Driving Championship?
In order to compete in the National Truck Driving Championship, drivers must be selected as winners in eligible state competitions held across the country, in addition to having had a safe driving record for the last year. All of our J.B. Hunt drivers competing in the Arkansas Truck Driving Championship have driven hundreds of thousands of safe miles, with many having driven millions of safe miles throughout their career. If chosen as state winners, drivers will have the opportunity to be named a national champion.
