Final Mile Services

Our Final Mile Services business unit is our most active and customer-facing one. Drivers begin each day at the J.B. Hunt office where they receive an assignment from their manager. Once the delivery truck is loaded, drivers head out and make deliveries to customer locations.

Because deliveries usually take place during business hours, most Final Mile Services employees enjoy a Monday - Friday schedule with weekend time off. We have both CDL-A and non-CDL driving jobs available within our Final Mile Services fleet.

Paid On-The-Job Training

J.B. Hunt provides paid on-the-job training, so our drivers are equipped to safely and confidently complete deliveries and installations. Drivers are given the tools to succeed as they work beside their trainer and learn how to properly unload the trailer and carry, unbox, assemble and install the appliances and equipment.
