Job Details: 

• $0.45 - $0.64 per mile 
• Detention pay per hour: $20 - $25 
• Drop and hook per stop: $54
• Live load/unload per stop: $68 per stop
• One way load pay: $25 per occurrence
• Hazmat pay: $30 per load
• Refrigerated per load: $30
• Crosstown per load: $23-$55
• Long haul pay per load: $50
• Driver assist per load: $25
• Dwell pay per move: $15
• Excessive dunnage pay per occurrence: $15
• Empty move per load: $15  
• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20
• Rail delay per hour: $20 after 1 hour
• Refused delivery pay: $54 per stop
• Truck order not used: $25
• Waiting on truck per hour: $20
• Recovery pay per occurrence: $25-$50
• Yard checks per hour: $20
• Spotting pay per move: $5
• Virtual safety training pay per hour: $20
• New hire training pay per day: $250    
• Mandatory meeting pay per hour: $22  
• Jury duty/bereavement pay: $175 per day         
• Holiday pay: $220 per day
• Driver trainer pay per day: $125
• Trainer hourly pay: $28 per hour
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $87,000.00 
• Daily home time
